I heart every Truth post that I see.
WHY?
Because anyone who divulges any truth about themselves or anything else deserves some flipping kudos. Even if it’s something completely inane. If you want to talk about food, people, yourself, whatever.

It felt so good to get back into a size 8 finally. You can do it! The fact that I tried to keep in mind that I was doing it to be healthy was better than trying to reach a goal weight for me. Don’t keep getting on the scale. Judge how you are doing by how your clothes are fitting or any changes you notice like more energy.

You know what my problem is? I rarely ever say it out loud to anyone other than my husband. Maybe I’m an idiot…maybe I’m in denial. I just need to get a job and find a way to have my daughter babysat for the time that I’m working. I’m not only stuck between a rock and a hard place…they are slowing closing in on me! =/
