This 90 day workout thingy has 12 discs. Each one is hell on earth, but there is one that I haven’t been able to make it all the way through. It’s the only one that is 40 mins long and it’s major cardio. I always end up dropping off at the 30 minute mark.
Today I finally made it through the whole fucking thing!
All the mountain climbers. All the burpees. The squats, the high knees(giggle), the thrusts(more giggles), all of it. The only thing I cheated a little on is the jump lunges…Don’t get all high and mighty on me! They hurt my knees! I just do them slowly.
Now I’m gonna eat dinner and read. And be grateful that my body survived.
